Orders are processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Lost or Stolen Packages

NestlyHome is not liable for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact your local carrier first, then reach out to us at hayesblackstone+support@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help.

Incorrect Shipping Address
