1. Return and Refund Policy

Returns

We want you to love your NestlyHome products. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from the date you received your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at hayesblackstone+support@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond with instructions on how to send your item back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at hayesblackstone+support@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Items that show signs of use or damage not caused by us

Shipping Costs for Returns

Unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different color or quantity, please start a return and place a new order.
